For work start the following documents are necessary:

• a registration document or extract from trade (bank) register;
• a certificate from non-resident bank about an account;
• a power of attorney for the mission director;
• a decision about the mission establishment;
• a copy of a special permit for a mission establishment (in case demand according to head office’s local laws).

A due date is 70 working days (from the moment of giving the documents and information mentioned above).

The service costs 10,000 hr.

The service includes:

• necessary documents preparation;
• registration in Ministry of Economics;
• getting a permit for seal making;
• making a seal;
• registration in Tax Inspectorate.
