For registration starting the following documents are needed:

• a passport copy;
• an identification number of a physical body.

A due date is 5 working days (from the moment of giving the documents and information mentioned above).

The service costs 1,500 hr.

The service includes:

• necessary documents preparation;
• state registration and getting the certificate about company’s registration;
• getting messages from pension fund, employment agency, social insurance fund against accidents at the working place, social insurance fund against temporary invalidity;
• making a seal (if necessary);
• application and getting a VAT-payer or Single Tax payer (according to a customer’s choice) certificate from the tax inspectorate.
